This is my first working 4x4 Motor driven lego car. it is only a chassis now, I might build a bodywork around it later. at first it didnt work entirely as planned, (becasue the front steering toe was wrong, when the car was slowing down the front wheels steered both in a different direction.) i was already about to take it apart again, but then it had snowed outside, adn the cars in my sterrt had chrushed the snow into ice. adn as you know ice is a really good substance to do power slides on. I quickly fixed the front steering, and went outside for some skidding action. (too bad that I don't have any photoes of that.) the firt photoes i took are afer i look teh car back inside when the accu's were empty. later that day i added some lights to drive at night. When the accu's were finally charged again, the ice had melted :( theres one photo of teh construction, teh chassis compared to my big RC truck. the chassis however has 4x more drive power, and 2.5 times the accu power. teh steering is controlled my a pole reverser controlled my the rc unit. teh steering is powered by 2 internally geared motors. the suspention is made with the offroader parts. at first I used the offroader tires, but they were a bit too big for the drive motors. I used the standard offroader spring configuration, but i had to lower them to get better friction efficiency. also the accu's were a bity too heavy for the springs so I mounted extra shock adsorbers on the back side and small springs on the front. only now the back suspention is too though again. I might fix that later. I used relais directly linked to teh accu packs to cope with the 4 motors enormous power useage.
