Even though it's a new facility, it has already become a national landmark. Mendicant Ark covered the entire building expense to eliminate the need to present a taxation proposal for project acceptance. That is said to be one of the main reasons it has gained such high praise. The stadium features an overhang to help shade part of the crowd from the hot Kilimanlego summer sun. It also features seats that allows those in attendance to sit rather than stand. This creates a more comfortable experience for minifigs to watch the match. The field surface was chosen as synthetic turf for multiple reasons. It creates a more even playing surface than both dirt and grass and requires much less maintenance. It also holds up better during the rains that come in Kilimanlego's monsoon season. Most KFL playing surfaces are dirt simply because of the fact that grass is not native to the area. With that said, it's safe to say the Ark Stadium has the best playing surface in the league.
