This Mosaic has been made on a mosaic generator programmed with in Mathlab. It generates a picture based on the palette and available number of tiles of one of the LEGO Art mosaics.

This one here is based on 64x64 size and 2x Beatles Mosaic.

In the end I decided to use amix of two different outputs.
Eye details and background are based on the less appealing first test output with too "flat" tan face.

The Mosaic Maker at this time still had a minor bug (fixed in the meantime):all output files show only 15x15 pixel.
For each 16x16 tile there is the last line and last column missing. (Missing info could be added from full picture).
