As you have undoubtedly heard by now, I, Chosen One of Bionicle, am seeking possible Co-workers to aid me producing those comics you all read and love. This might not be an unexpected move, since production
of said comics has been unbelievably slow and activity in my comic topic has been at a similar level. I hope that this action of mine will change this in a not too far future. It is very probably that you 
are reading this because you are considering becoming one of those helpers. Before you make a decision however, you should carefully read the following points.

Why are you hiring people?

	Basically, because I am sick and tired of releasing just one comic all 20 days to save my topic from dying. I want to get this project to move a little faster.

What are the requirements?

	1.: A 3D modeling program called Cinema4D 11.5. I can provide you with a copy of the program if you don't have one.
	2.: At least basic knowledge about 3D modeling. I am sure you will improve over time.
	3.: Basic artistic ability.

What will my work consist of?

	Modeling 3D background scenery for later use in actual comics.

How will my workday look?

	Basically I am going to assign a project to you, which will be background scenery 99% of the time. You'll be giving a deadline, which is probably going to be like "Until comic X is released". If you 
	exceed your deadline, production will be slowed down majorly because of you and I don't like that. When you're finished, you'll send the scene to me as a .c4d file and I can start rendering, likely 
	which making a few minor edits before. If you have problems with a scene, you can always ask me for advice.

What will be expected from me?

	1.: My say is final.
	2.: Scenes with a quality as high as you can do it.
	3.: Speed. Don't exceed your timelines too often.
	4.: If you know story- or other spoilers the general public isn't aware of, DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT!
	5.: Generally mature and respectful behavior when working with me.

What are reasons for not getting this job?

	1.: Not enough spare time. Please, comic making is a very time-consuming job. If you can't finish your jobs fast enough, don't even think about applying.
	2.: A slow computer. Modeling in 3D consumes very much system power. It's a pain too do that on a slow PC.
	3.: Having other occupations that are more important/will receive less attention from you. Especially school. The last thing I want from you is disregarding your homework or whatever because you 
	have to work for me. Please, don't. Also, if you already run another comic series, I don't want you to give up that just for me. That also applies to other BZP projects like B:NG.
	4.: Thinking the job is easy: IT'S NOT! But don't get me wrong. It's great fun.

What do I get?

	Frankly, nothing, besides knowing you're helping this little project of mine. And, of course, the knowledge about 3D modeling and inside information about my comics. And no, you won't get a GS or 
	PGS spot. I think I already pointed out in my blog why. I'd have to go back and check.
