Car 2 (Club Car)

I have increased the height of the club car by one row of bricks, allowing seated and standing passengers on both levels. The front corridor connection has been removed, because the cab on the rear of the engine means there is nothing for it to connect with. Instead, there is a window, and an office for the Train Manager/Guard, with a computer and holder for his red light.
