Car 4 (Club Car)

As with Car 2, I have increased the height by one brick to allow seated and standing passengers on both floors. I felt that a long distance train ought to have a toilet, so I have added one on the lower floor, rather than having for seats. This uses the original sink piece for the bowl, and a lever for the flush handle.
