The Discothèque has a dancing floor on the ground level,
a bar with karaoke/life music area on the 1st floor and a  
restaurant on the top. There is stairs from the bottom floor  
to the top, and toilet under the stairs.

The Corner building has a sports shop on the ground floor, 
a gym on the 1st floor and an apartment on the top floor.
The gym has access thru the sports shop on the ground floor
(guess who runs both businesses. ;) ). While the apartment  
has access from the top street level.

The white building has a fish shop on the ground floor, 
and 2 duplex apartments on the 1st+top floor. Entry to the  
apartments is made from the top street level.

Access stairway connecting both levels, with elevator (ground
access to it is made thru the tunnel)... can you see who’s  
stuck on the elevator? :)

Fountain on the ground level. On the top level, there’s a
kiosk selling magazines, newspapers and hot coffee! A couple
of tables and chairs allow people to enjoy their coffee and 
reading... There’s also the possibility of watching the view  
from with a pair  of binoculars.
