Information of "The Parthenon" building. ---------------------------------------- I started to collect the bricks about a year ago, and finally finished it. Actually, it's was quite an easy building. When i was building it, i counted the pieces: - 48x48 baseplates = 4. - Columns = 4,200. Each column is 25 rows high, 6 pieces a row. So each column counts 150 pieces. The model has 28. - Smaller round columns = 208. - Plates above the round columns = 30. - 7 rows of bricks above main colums = 1,361. - The inner wall = 4,318. This wall is 6 studs thick. - Construction to carry the roof = 1,883. - Roof = 1,058 Mostly uses 2x8 white plates. - Decoration on top of roof = 18. This brings the total brickcount on 13,080. More information: ----------------- At the highest point, it's 47 rows high. It's build in a square, 78x78 studs.
