Modified to sit pilot lower giving sleeker shape.

1x2 tiles with police Logo at front, rear, and two per side.
Lightbars mounted at back of canopy, on tailfins, and one below 
each corner of the chassis to give that 'flashing lights UFO' appearance. 
Reclining leather seat, and tilting yoke in place of standard controls.
