The Neon Team is made up of three members.  This who they are (left to right).

Captin Jdawg- Head of the Neon 2002 Lightning Warrior.

Joe Brick- Head of Weapon management.  Makes weapons for the Neon Team.

Moe Click- Search agent.  Pilots the LL918 Rover.
