I found these small chrome-plated magnets at a store near
my house.  They're actually slightly smaller than the 
standard LEGO magnets, but several times stronger.

They're strong enough to hold together through my index
finger, as you can see in the picture.

By putting one of these magnets between the standard
LEGO magnetic train couplers, I can hold an 8-wide 
passenger car completely off the ground just by the 
power of the one small magnet!

I might bring a bunch of them to Brickfest if people
are interested in them.
