This is an easy section. 

One note however. I cheated a wee bit. In order to get the little dish
in step 2 to stay inside the wheel, I cut a small chunk of lego "tubing",
and inserted it into the little hole in the center of the wheel, and 
attached the dish to it.What is lego tubing you ask? Go on the web, 
and look for pictures of the StarWars Episode 1 lego sets, and look 
for the podracers. The tubing is used as the cables that go from the 
engines to the pods. I dont like cutting lego...but I have alot of tubing, 
and I figured I could live with the small loss. Plus, it beats the hell out 
of glueing! DONT EVER GLUE LEGO!!
