Oh, you have NO idea how much I hated this part of the build. I cried! 
It took a month for me to get it to look right. Either Im retarded, or it is
amazing work! You decide!

OH! As CLEVERLY marked in step 23, you must push the top of that tile so
it has an incline. I couldnt get it to look right in LDraw...

*make two of these, or your other foot will have nothing to attach to!
