Armored War Elephant Notes:

There are 2 things that are not shown in the Ray-Traced pictures.

The first is the elephant...  As soon as someone adds the LDraw parts, the rest of the elephant will appear.  Right now, there is just a pair of horns and the foot add-ons.

The second issue lies with the plain, red flags.  I use the Chinese emblem from the Orient Expedition or the Ninja plastic flags.  Both of which are not yet in Ldraw.

The 2x2 plates represent the studded war band around the elephant's foot and an additional dark gray plate is there to make it look better.  Plus it gives them more height!

The axes on their tusks are reminiscent of the oliphants in the Lord of the Rings¨.

The headgear conforms to the elephant's head.  In that way it differs from the picture due to me keeping the parts at right angles to each other.  Rotating parts at odd angles adds complications, both in the design, but also in the recognition of the assembly.

Their are stud plates on the middle level so that archers can be positioned within the column supports.  The opening on the middle level is for the 'driver' to sit.
