Description:	A quick and agile light helicopter the Outlaw features an advanced
		intermeshing rotor design negating the need for a tail rotor. Lightly
		armed and armored the Outlaw is best used for fast scouting and hit
		and run tactics. Though not as flexible as repulsorlift flight
		vehicles, helicopters are often favoured by field commanders for
		battlefield recon and support as they require less maintainance than
		their high-tech counterparts while performing just as well at low
		level on any planet with a suitable atmosphere.
