Description:	The Franklin is a four legged ultra light mech used mainly for
		security and patrol duties. For a mech of its size the Franklin
		packs an impressive punch able to make quick work of powered armour
		and ultra light vehicle units. The Mechs only drawbacks are its 
		average speed and lack of any canopy to protect its pilot, though
		skilled warriors know just when to tuck their head down to save
		themselves from incoming fire.
