After the XCT's last battle, it was defeated and captured, and the pilot presumably killed; however, there
are reports saying that is has gone "missing".  We have obtained security footage that shows it getting up on it's own (there are no signs
of anyone entering the mech, but we are still reviewing the video), however
it was never spoted in the vicinity of the base that it was kept in, and
the investigation can not prceed because the base was been destroyed by a fire shortly thereafter.

There are recent reports of a strange rouge mech, and by all indacations
we believe that it is the same; however we are still unsure as to it's
intentions. People who have briefly spoted it only remember that it's
face is that of a skull.

There are other, less credible storys, particularly of the one called the 
"Screecher"; sources have determined these depictions as fiction.
