Kopaka walked out of Nokama's hut. Lewa looked at him hopefully. Kopaka shook his head. Waikawa wached them from the shadows. Whumpff! "Ow ow ow! Hey stop!" Tahu kicked Pohatu in the side trying to wake him up. "Would you get up already! He'll be gone by the time we get there!" Tahu yelled, getting quite frustrated. "All right, all right, I'm up!" Pohatu glared at Tahu. "Why'd you do that?" Tahu rolled his eyes. "Because we have to go! Come on!" Pohatu ran alongside Onua, behind Tahu. He looked at Onua. "Do you know what's going on" Onua nodded. "No time to explain now. We've got to hurry." He speeded up as he swiched to his Kakama. "Hmpf, I can do that. What a buch of showoffs," Pohatu grumbled to himself. "Heh, I'll show them." He swiched to his Kakama, and ran smack into a tree. Hearing the crash, Onua and Tahu looked back. "I haven't got time for this. I'll go on ahead, and you try to revive Pohatu." Onua nodded and turned around. Tahu looked down on the scene below from behind a rock. He saw Nokama's smashed hut, Gali crying near it, and Kopaka and Lewa trying to comfort her. He saw some Tarakava tracks, but he figured it was from a attack a while back or from a tame one. Tahu looked up as Onua and Pohatu skidded to a stop. "'Bout time you got here. What do you make of this?" Pohatu looked down. "Don't know, but I don't suppose the others know we're up here?" "Of corse not!" Tahu said. "If I'd gotten up and waved my arms, oh sure, the other's would see me, but so would the enemy!" "Bah! What enemy?" Tahu pointed behind a hut. "That fellow right there." Pohatu looked and jumped back with surprise. "Your right! What a keen eye you have Tahu! He blends right in with the shadows!" "Heh, well, I just spotted him 5 seconds ago. Hehe..." Pohatu at Tahu. "Ya know, you scare me sometimes Tahu..." "He scares me all the time." Pohatu and Tahu looked at Onua, who rarely spoke, much less made a witty remark. "You feeling okay Onua?" "Yeah, you sure you didn't cach some of Pohatu's stupidness?" Tahu cringed under Pohatu's icy stare. "Alright, we'd best go take him out," said Tahu, gesturing toward Waikawa. Pohatu and Onua nodded. "Right then switch to Miru and follow me." With that, he jumped off the cliff. Waikawa had seen the clumsy red one and brown one, trying to hide behind a rock. When he saw Tahu and Pohatu jump out and glide down at him, he wasn't surprised. They were the third group too try that after all. He teleported behind the same rock Tahu and Pohatu and come out from behind, and was cought completly off guard. Onua was just as surprised. Waikawa and Onua both shot out from under the rock. Tahu and Pohatu saw what was happening and headed back up the mountain. Waikawa saw them comming, jumped down between them, and gave them both swift blows to the side of thier heads, knocking them out. Waikawa turned and saw Onua jump off the cliff, falling right down at Waikawa. TTSSSSSEEEEEWWWWWWWWW!!!!!! A energy beam blasted upward, punching through Onua. As Onua's lifeless body hit the ground, Tahu woke up. Gali, Kopaka, and Lewa had no idea what was going on, because they were behind a hut. When they heard the laser shot, the rushed over. Gali survayed the scene. There was Onua, laying dead with Waikawa standing over him, Tahu, looking dazed, Pohatu, looking out cold, and four dark beings she had never seen before. She stared in shockat Onua's body. First Nokama, now Onua. She sat down quite suddenly. Tahu recovered. "Who are they?" He said, pointing at the four beings. Waikawa narrowed his eyes. "They are," he said, "The Dark Ones." "Who?" Tahu asked. "They are, the Chaos Toa." To be Continued...
