	Corrected some non-removal of the leading zero in cylinder files
	Removed a double space from linetype 5's in cones and cylinders.
	Added an Early preview of the new "Dish" primitve. (Keep in mind this may not work out.)

	Made Help window match the program window size
	Program no longer uses Windows resistry. It now uses ldraw.ini file.
	Use the remove registry settings option to remove all entries. This will also 
	remove entries from the ldraw.ini file. So, write down any special settings.
	Moved the richtx32.ocx and comdlg32.ocx files to a seperate zip file.
