The Dahtila is a jungle herbivore, the claws are to latch onto and climb trees to get the *good* leaves. The launchers on it's back are unnatural additions, though through training it can learn to aim and fire at threats to it's owner. Very fast but naturally very timid, they can be powerful allies to those who manage to tame and train them.
