Lava Camels are, as the name implies, are camel-esque rahi that can survive in, and drink lava for sustenance. While they could be common common mounts for matoran, the biggest issue is that they love taking lava baths, and matoran either need to hop off or hold them back if they're in the mood for one. They enjoy metallic protodermis as treats, and can easily eat matorans' tools if they aren't attentive enough. Despite this, they are extremely skittish, retreating into lava due to very few species being able to follow them there.
