+ About it:

A beautiful 3 story walk-up apartment building found in many cities. 
First floor module is 16x18. Upper modules are 16x16. Compatible 
with Market Street. This model looks good with other buildings or 
by itself. Has 2 minifigs and a bench outfront along with various 
boxes, junk, presents (literally), bench out front, small deck out 
back, and trash can.


+ Key features:

@ Beautiful look either with other buildings or as a stand-alone.
@ Plenty of details
@ 2 AC units in front windows
@ Stone ornaments all over the front of the building
@ "Door" to basement in rear (doesn't open)
@ FIRE ESCAPE- the second floor part turned out to be relatively
     easy. The third floor and roof parts took some time to figure
     out a good way to do them. I'm quite happy as it is the first
     full fire escape I ever made, real or CAD.
@ Small deck in the rear has stairs that lead down to the small
     backyard.
@ Basement has plenty of storage for small items. A handful of objects
     are included already (including PRESENTS!).
@ Roof module has various HVAC equipment for added detail. There is
     some room for minifigs to hang out and enjoy the view.
