+ About it:

A simple modular ice cream shop. Main feature is the large ice 
cream sign. It took a few hours to get it to where I liked it. 
Outside of LDD I would still change a few things. Inside there 
are tile floors, a counter with register and a section that 
folds up, ice cream display case, machine that dispenses 
chocolate or vanilla ice cream, shelves with various items, 2 
tables with chairs, and display signs/posters. There is also a 
door to the rear of the shop which has a trash can and 2 empty 
bins. The main roof module is 16x16 with brace for ice cream 
sign and various HVAC equipment. The other roof module is 4x16 
to fill the space. The braces for the ice cream sign are 1 
brick apart so it can easily be built into another module 
(such as a house module you put on top to make a city-like 
building). <--- which was basically the point of this and other 
shops I created/will create. I give them roofs so they can 
stand alone if needed, which just adds to the versatility. The 
shop is 8 bricks tall.
