This is a close brick to brick green version of the 4551 locomotive.  The 1x6 lighting brick is a custom part.  This unit has two motors plus an extra 4.5v motor for extra ballast.  

All six lights work.  Power is generated from the motors with a low profile wire brick from a monorail set.
