Date: 3:50 p.m. October 07, 2004 What I love about Lego.... By Brickluver, [member] There are a billion great things about Lego. For one, if you are a novel-writer like I am, you can play out what happens in your books by building the town, the people, and personality. For example, I am writing a book with two particular Gothic/vampire -ish characters (don't want to give away the story!) who need to look dark and mysterious. So, I would use two Minifigs that look devilish and need to be feared by other Minifigs. Therefore, I would choose some Minifig clothing that was rugged and black or a tuxedo for the one character and a black dress for the other. His and hers, need to match :-) I've seen a lot of cool things on this website. TONS! Brickshelf really helps me get great ideas. Anywho... I've had some ideas to try building, but don't use the way I built them. Remember, Legos are part of the imagination! **Dollhouse w/ furniture [this one is particularly good for the females like me :-)] **Lifesize Lego versions of yourselves. **Lifesize Lego versions of your favorite music artist. My plan is to build Amy Lee. **Lifesize Lego couch to have your butt hurt endlessly ;-) **A large can of your favorite cola/beverage **Or a front door to put against one of your walls to psych out a friend! **A book, which I've tried. Not as easy as it looks! **A hand chair that you can actually sit in. **A helmet (tried it, didn't like it LOL) **A computer moniter... I've already seen the actual computer. What about a mouse? **A toilet would be cool! Just don't try to use it in case your real one gets backed up. **An iPod would be cool, although I'm not sure how any of you are going to do that... Just use your imaginations! Maybe what I just wrote down for you will help you think of some other things... THINK!!!
