Snowspeeder notes

This design started as a build of Larry Lars' incredible snowspeeder
(which can be found at
http://www.flickr.com/photos/28192677@N06/sets/72157626336430183/ ). It
quickly incorporated elements of Brian Tobin's SE-scale snowspeeder (at
http://www.mocpages.com/moc.php/4321 ) which I consider to be more
accurate, if less aesthetically pleasing.

I have included an LXF file, which adequately represents the phyiscal
model. Due to the usual Lego Digital Designer limitations, it has the
following issues: 1) The top of the nose is not attached to the rest of
the model. 2) Four pieces at the back are not attached. They need to be
pushed one stud further forward, under the tops of the engines. 3) The
pieces I used at the base of the guns were 9v micromotor pulleys
(http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=2983). As these are not
available in LDD at time of writing (April 2013) I used 11 mm wheels
(http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=42610) instead.
