BeLUG MicroCity Standard

This Standard has been developped by BeLUG (Belgian LUG) for making micro city layouts.

1) Every part of the microcity is build on a plate. Size does not matter, the color should be the same for all parts of the microcity.

2) scale: a jumper with 2 1x1 round plates beneath and a 1x1 transparent tile on top represents a car. Small streets should be 1 stud large, broader streets can be larger.

3) On each plate there should be at least one recognizable building: a castle, church, park, train station, ... and a color coded car! Every participant uses his own color for cars. This makes it easier to identify who built what.

Using these rules a microcity is assembled during clubevents. Everybody can join, but a part of the city should be made on-site.
