This Tower Crane is a prototype combining several separate features:

* Tower build using the lattice columns from 24 boxes of Exploration Mars.

* Trolly built using engine block ends.

* Technic Control Center allows 3 degrees of movement using an intuitive
  interface.

* Building has ZNAP frame with curtain wall suspended by technic pegs.

* Construction site surrounded by castle walls for the porthole look.

* Counter-weight holds gear box for gantry rotation and trolly position.
  The ratio required for realistic speeds determined the size of the
  counterweight.

TODO:

* The crown is ugly.  Aesthetics were not involved in this part of the project.
  I threw together something that worked the night before the NELUG meeting.

* Figure out how to model the trolly in LDraw then post instructions.
