This is an revival of my first invention using the solar cells and the capacitors. 
The solar cells have a light sensor on each side, programmed to determine where the Sun 
is, always facing it. When the capacitors are loaded with 2,5 V each, a led starts 
flashing and the wires to the ventilator can be connected. The grated plates take some 
of the heat when the RCX are exposed to direct sunlight. This little invention will be 
good in the hot summer days, making a cool breeze.
