Nightmare Belial-Makuta chose to reincarnate Belial, however, he was no
longer restricted to Onua and Kopaka's parts, so he gave Belial wings,
a more powerful gun, and a whip.   Nightmare Belial soon created the
Whetu to do his bidding.
