Puru-Lewa went to his Supreme form to destroy Neke, so Nightmare Belial
decided to see how strong Lewa was with one of the Whetus.   So
Nightmare Belial absorbed Supreme Tahu and Supreme Gali, creating the
most powerful Whetu yet (at this point, only Rapeti, Tia, Kiore, and
Neke had been made).

Actual Creation Special Info-For this creation, a head without a brain
was used, you can get these in Kanohi packs, or can use a brain wrench
tool (pics of the "brain wrench" may be posted sometime).
