Whetu-Nightmare Belial and Tahu had built up a strong rivalry, so
Nighmare Belial decided to see how strong Tahu really was.   Makuta
gave him the ability to absorb two Toa, and craft a servant out of
them, so he created the Whetu, based on the 12 animals of the Chinese
zodiac, he was to create a Rabbit, a Boar, a Rat, a Bull, a Tiger,
a Dragon, a Snake, a Horse, a Sheep, a Monkey, a Rooster, and a Dog.
They were all slaves of him, one by one, they were defeated by Tahu
and the Toa that wasn't absorbed, when a Whetu died, the two Toa he
was made out of reappeared.   Whetus with unique aspects have a
seperate info file in their folder.
