In order to achieve 123mm overall diameter from Powerpuller tire,
you need to make part containing  
 - two "Fabuland Plate, Round 13 2/3 Stud Diameter - (Ferris Wheel Side, 
   Merry-Go-Round Type 2 Base) " and 
 - one gear 40 tooth between them

and put them togeather inside Power puller tire and cover it with 
dish 8 x 8 Invetred. To become propper shape of tire you have 
to "massage" it for few minutes
