Raptor-1 This is my first successful biped. I built the main chassis first and added the dinosaur "bodywork" later. The design is based on a velociraptor and is non-c.o.g.-shifting with one motor. As with all my other bipeds, I engineered the walking mechanisms myself. The robot is 20" long and weighs 10.8 oz. Its walking motion is pretty smooth and its speed is approximately 3 feet/min.
