Hi. I'm Joe Thompson. You may remember me from such memorable black, white, and red films as Seeing Red, and Seeing Even More Red. Today, I'm going to talk to you about Canadian Stereotypes. Us Canadians have a very unique way of spreading our joy among the masses. Some countries bomb eachother. We like to drink beer. Yup, thats right. While everyone is off making war, we sit back and drink beer. Unless we're underaged. Then we sit back and watch other people drink beer. Whatever we're doing, we're having fun doing it. One of the most popular ways for us to spread our joy around is with beer COMMERCIALS. This wasn't always what we did, but we've begun to during this past decade. It all started with a commercial about a guy named Joe. Here, take a look! Now that, is beautiful. That one commercial spawned a new generation of Canadian fanatics. Self loving Canucks. It also started a series of spoof, such as this one. After the buzz of this new way to communicate died down, Molson Canadian decided to continue their idea to make Canadians feel supurior. And so we did. Take a look. After this, the craze continued. It still continues to this day, with more beer commercials being thought about than Beer itself. Sure, you're thinking about all of the helpless children sitting in front of their television sets being scarred by forceful advertising. But this new craze is a huge improvement over what we had before. Well, thank you for coming with me on this trip through current history. I hope you've learned alot. Like how to drink beer. Or start a fight with an American. Most of all, I hope you learned that Canadians are great. Not just great. They're really great. Really really really really really really great. Eh?
