The idea for the 'blast doors' model came as I was
playing with the 6x2x2 white bevelled pieces you can
see at the centre. The blast doors themselves actually
open and close (with accompanying light and sound),
though it was a pain getting them to operate smoothly.

I like the simplicity of the desert speeder.

I think the jungle speeder looks like a flying insect.
