Motorized Switch V (for lefthand switch #2861)

Thanks to a suggestion by Ross Crawford to add the axle joiner,
there is now more clearance for wider/longer cars as compared to
the previous design.  Also, the switch position indicator arm is
simplified and a more secure base attachment is added.

The tswitch3.ldr file uses 2866.dat (yellow switch lever) which
can be obtained here (Thanks Ludo!):
