Greetings! Check out our YouTube Channel: www.youtube.com/msimmons These folders are just a little something I'm sharing as my part of giving back to the Brickshelf community. I began playing with Legos when I was a little boy in 1981 or so (2nd grade). I loved them immediately and thanks to my father's Army career, found myself living in Europe for many years where I accumulated a LOT of Lego sets and built a sizable town. The Legos went into storage after some more or other around 1990 or so. They stayed there until about 2 years ago when I introduced them to my son who was about 4 years old at the time. I started slowly with a delivery truck and a small passenger jet. He took to them immediately and soon all plans to slowly build the town back through gifts were abandoned. We plunged headlong back through my memories while making many new happy ones. With the help of sites such as Brickshelf, Bricklink, and Peeron, I began making custom sets for my son as gifts (Christmas and Birthday) and have found much to inspire me. I'm not a fan of the current Lego lineup overall, prefering the more imaginative and quaint vintage sets (and the style the represent) above the character driven movie-tie in stuff for sale now. I hope my creations will likewise inspire you. If they do, please let me know! I'm always open to suggestions and feedback. Thanks and enjoy!
