This is a high torque transmission.  It will not have the problems of damaged driving rings or pop out of gearas in the standard lego transmssion.  However, it is blantantly a workaround for the flaws in the lego parts, as it takes up the same space but has only half as many gears.  Inspired by an NXT transmission by Jay Kinzie.
