They were modelled with MLCad (www.lm-software.com/mlcad/)

The renders were done with POV-Ray (www.povray.org), L3P
(http://home16.inet.tele.dk/hassing/l3p.html), and L3PAO
(http://l3pao.malagraphixia.com).

I cannot guarantee that these models are 100% identical to the
instructions (due to parts not being available and errors during
modelling).
