Remarks on project "84260"

I have chosen this 'name' to reference mobile crane set 8460 as inspiration. This number was expanded (as with my similar projects) to include a "42" to indicate that this model uses studless beams and latest technic parts.

This model was triggered by the the release of crane 42108:
I expected the turning cycle to be as poor as most other recent set. Also the outrigger operation does not provide any technical aspect as all are seperately deployed by hand, e.g. without any simultaneous action or transmission.

Goals:
- set up a 3-axles chassis
- minimize turning radius as much as possible
- all outriggers connected by transmission
- I would copy some aspects of 42108 crane
