PERSONAL NOTES	:

I really have no clue what this model would cost, the slopes
and fencing might be a lot of money. There is no interior
design to it, just three floors, two fireplaces. Observation
deck ontop of the golf cart garage. Originally this model
started as a restaurant, then a house, and now its a country
club.
