PERSONAL NOTES	:

A duplex place for all of your low income rental needs! Entrance via
the lower floor, or up the stairs and on the second floor where there
is a porch. The windows and the fence upstairs on the porch are not
perfect. You can also make multiple duplexes and line them up, just
like a city street!
