the Tempest Bringer very little is known about this creature. he is said to be a former Dark Hunter, cast out of the organization for unspeakable acts. his true name is unknown, but the few who have seen him agree upon calling him the Tempest Bringer. he usually arrives after the Visorak have obliterated their current location, a dark and foreboding storm coming with him. a single eyewitness claimed to see him use the storm to cleanse the island of visorak corpses and webbing, mumbling to himself about cleansing the infection the visorak have become. then again, this matoran who had claimed to see all this came riding into the next island on a frog and claimed he was also the next toa of soup, so his testimony is at best unreliable. his weapon, also reported by the "Toa of Soup," is regarded as a Storm Sweeper, a massive staff with two moveable scythe blades. with this staff, the Tempest Bringer was said to move the very clouds above him as Sidorak could command the Visorak hordes. he seems to be wearing something on his head, perhaps a symbiote, giving him directions and power, much like a kraata, or perhaps a hat, a trophy from a long-destroyed island. Mr. Soup Toa bet it was a hat. to be exact, he bet a dead krana and a broken Hau, so once again, his reports are somewhat suspect. his left arm posesses a shield, said to absorb energy from incoming rhotuka, much like Keetongu. Soupy claimed that a lone Suukorak charged the Bringer, firing its spinners one after another, only to see them disappearing around him. with another grumble, the Bringer fired his rhotuka, surrounding the visorak in a swirling micro-storm. using his sweeper, he then flung the visorak-storm into the waiting clouds above, which swallowed it noiselessly. it makes sense that the storm can grow in this way, using the energy of trapped Visorak to create driving rain, deafening thunder, scorching lightning, and gale-force winds.
