Mech Designation 16-J-BH

Aja's mech was originally a high-speed road pursuit and capture mech before decomissioning.
after a few tweaks, such as blunting the infernox carbon laminate talons originally used for 
ripping into felons' cars (and other robots) and adding a few extra pieces of armor, Aja was
ready for derby.

aside from the claws, she sports a standard-issue zamor launcher that fires off kinetic orbs
that gain strength when they ricochet. it's not uncommon to see an orb shooting around the
arena like a superball on crack before knocking an unsuspecting rollergirl silly.

Aja sports a somewhat rare mask of gravity manipulation. (I know, I know, it's really a mask 
of shielding, but humor me here.) since slamming other rollergirls repeatedly into the ground is 
against the rules, she uses her mask to distort gravity around herself, allowing her to skate
up walls and on the cieling, around troublesome packs. (can you tell I was playing too much
Ratchet & Clank when I came up with this? XD)

it's also rumored that this mech posesses some sort of laser vision (or just a nasty death-glare)
but so far, nothing has been proven.
