Sargeant Pepper Spray

When used by the police, Sarge's mech was called in for such things as hostage situations
in high-rise buildings, rescue operations from tall places, and just about anything else requiring
a 65-foot tall robot. (the average height for the rollermechs are about 45 to 50 feet.)

Pepper uses a set of chained grappling hooks nicknamed (and I apologize right now) "the long
arm of the law." to slingshot herself into opponents or to grab a better position in the pack.
while her height is an advantage, she usually doesn't misuse it. but that punk Matoro was just
asking for it.
