First thing you need to do, is go into the Admin panel, by clicking the admin button on the menu grad.
Which is located near the top of the forum. Click the bit that says 'Admin'. Now you have been taken to a new page, click
'Skin/Forum Colors'then click 'Modify Skin' and then choose from the drop down box what skin you want to modify.
If you want to create a new one, go 'back' then click 'Create Skin'. 
Now open up the document called 'Colors' which is located in the folder you downloaded for this skin.
Now copy whats on that image onto the new page you were just in. Once done, click 'Save Changes.
(or click 'Create Skin' depending on what you did)

Now you have your colors for the forum set, open the document titled 'Headers_and_footers' and do as it says in their.
Once done your forum will be looking great and you will only need to do a few more things.

Now go to your admin panel again and then click 'Skin/Forum Colors' and then click 'Customize Skin'.
Now select from the drop down menu which skin you want to add new images to for this skin.
(this will depend on whether or not you created a new skin earlier on or not).
If you only have one skin to choose from, then choose it.

Once you have figured out what skin you need to modify, click 'Continue'. Now you have been brought to a page with lots of images on, correct?
Now, in a different window, go to www.imageshack.us or www.photobucket.com andupload the apprpriate images for the appropriate bit.
For example, the first bit in here is 'Menu Icons'. These images are located in the folder named 'Menu Buttons'...
