If you read this before you read the ReadMe.txt and you are wondering where the Skin Colors are, go and read the
ReadMe.txt cos they are in there.

First thing you need to do is open a photobucket account so you can host your images. Simply go to www.photobucket.com and register (its 100% free).
Then upload the appropriate images and put the links in the parts in red. For example, where it says BASE.JPG you need to go to your photobucket account,
and upload the image named Base. Then all you do is copy the url and paste it into the bit in capitals.

Adding the template:

Click on the Admin Button near the top of the page. Once inside of that, click on the bit which says "Headers and Footers" then u will go to a new page which has a 'drop down box'.
Choose 'Global Header/Footer' from the drop down and then click 'continue'. 
Once you have done this you will be brought to a new page which will have two big input boxes. Now simply copy and paste the following into the correct places
Be sure not to put the dashes '-' into the header/footer otherwise you will have lots of dashes on the forum. Which isn’t good.
