Will and Hannibal fall in love, Hannibal being Hannibal begins to notice something is off in Mia’s relationship with Will, he finds out what it is. Will stops what he does to Mia when he notices how different it is with Hannibal. He gradually begins to untwist himself from that delusion and Hannibal helps him with the alter. There’s no happy ending, I wanted to be “realistic”, but there’s that, I guess.
