Do you think show Hannibal was in love with Mischa?

If we go by what was said on the show, yes, very likely. Particularly because of Bedelia’s line “the standard psychological and sociological explanations about how one grows up and where don’t apply here. What your sister made you feel was beyond your conscious ability to control(…)”. She’s saying that the background is irrelevant (siblings/family) when it comes to this situation because what he felt for her was not something he could predict or control. She equates that to his feelings for Will, after suggesting he was in love with him. So, yes, everything in canon points to him being in love with her which makes the whole thing make much more sense, “she influenced me to betray myself” + him eating her to “forgive” her. It would make more sense for him to feel betrayed by his own mind to be in love with his sister. But then again…How Hannibal loves is beyond the normal realm.
